We are currently seeking an experienced Accounting expert to join our team Immediately for the role of "Account Executive"
An incumbent must possess -
Should have minimum 2-3 years of experience as an ‘Accounts- Executive’.
Should have worked in tally software.
Should have experience in end to end Accounts.
Manage Fees Collection and Admission processing, Petty cash account.
Keeping track of all the monetary transactions at the location.
Reconcile bank accounts.
Prepare & Compile monthly reports & expenses.
Manage Employee Leave Records
Preparation & Processing of Salary / Payments
Prepare correspondences as needed within the department.
Manage PF, TDS etc.
Assist the school office for various common responsibilities
Other allied work
Work Relations:
Internal:
Reporting to Executive Director & Manager- Accounts for Accounting functions.
Interfacing HR, IT, Accounts and other departments as and when required.
External:
Liaisoning with Banks, Vendors, Parent Relationship Manage |
Qualification: Any commerce Graduate OR Post Graduate OR MBA Finance (Experience in Tally and TDS is a must)
Expected Competencies:
Strong communication, interpersonal skills
Should be good in Microsoft Excel
Should be well versed with Accounting ERPs such as Tally, Microsoft
The candidate with Administration experience along with Accounts will be an added advantage.
Conveyance is mandatory, as required to travel

| ASSISTANT LIBRARIAN |
Responsible for organizing, managing collections of journals, books, magazines, newspapers and other data resources.
Help and guide the students to the materials of appropriate reading levels.
Monitor throughout the checking out and returning of the books.

Excellent IT skills and knowledge of library databases and Software

Experience in evaluating and selecting print and digital resources with a commitment to equity and inclusion
Strong knowledge of content area, teaching methods, learning styles and educational research
Experience in International Curriculum would be an added advantage
